Following 102% growth in annual revenue from the previous year, Appen celebrates our fifth year of recognition in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Australia Awards. In 2018, Appen was newly awarded in the Leadership category, which recognizes technology companies who have generated cumulative operating revenues greater than $50M.
“It’s an honor to receive this award from Deloitte.” said Mark Brayan, Appen CEO. “As artificial intelligence and machine learning grow rapidly, we’ve expanded globally to support the world’s most progressive technology providers. We’re thrilled to be part of this growth and to once again be recognized by Deloitte.”
The 2018 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Australia Awards rank Australia’s fastest growing public or private technology companies, based on their percentage revenue growth over the last three years (2016-2018). To qualify, each company must have minimum cumulative revenues of $8M over the period. Supported by the ASX and DLA Piper Australia, the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Australia Awards are in their eighteenth year and provide international recognition for Australian innovation, with the winner gaining automatic entry into the Deloitte Asia Pacific Technology Fast 500 program.
“Simply making the 2018 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Australia Awards is an achievement, but to be named among the final contenders in the Leadership category is a significant statement about the company,” Technology Fast 50 Lead Partner, Josh Tanchel said today. “Deloitte is proud to celebrate the achievements of Australia’s brightest technology innovators and look forward to working with them as they grow in the future.” For a full list of winners and further information on the Deloitte Techn on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Australia program, go to www.tech50.com.au and use #TechFast50au on social media.
